Need a hand? We're a small team and we read every message.
EveryDrop is a daily giving app run by a Scottish charity. Over a 30-day journey you meet one of the world's hardest problems each day, learn about an independently vetted charity working on it, and give a small amount. Your donations go to EveryDrop SCIO and are passed on to the featured charities.
Email us at hello@everydropapp.com. Tell us which device you're using and, if it's about a donation, the date and amount. We aim to reply within a few days.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment provider, using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. Your card details are entered with and held by Stripe; EveryDrop never sees or stores your full card number.
Your donation is made to EveryDrop SCIO, which passes it on to the charity featured that day. EveryDrop does not keep any part of your donation for itself; payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are deducted before funds are passed on.
Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error — a duplicate payment, or an amount you didn't intend — email us as soon as you can and we'll look into it.
You can delete your account from within the app, or follow the steps on our delete your data page. We'll remove your personal data, keeping only the records we're legally required to hold.
EveryDrop is built around a daily habit, not a fundraising push. One problem, one charity, one small drop each day gives you time to actually take in what you've learned — and small, regular giving adds up to more than most people expect.
Yes. EveryDrop SCIO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Scottish Charity No. SC055401, regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
